Bringing Body Mind and Spirit into balance, Jen brings a multidisciplinary approach to the body, with an eye for detail and a compassionate teaching style. Jen’s extensive experience has offered her the ability to work with a broad range of clients, from elite athletes and fitness enthusiasts to specialties in senior fitness, joint replacement and injury rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and pre- and post-natal training. With a background in Classical and Modern Dance, Jen has been teaching Pilates for 18 years. Initially Studying with Physical Mind Institute, she continued her Studies with Body Arts and Science International. Jen worked as a Faculty member and BASI Course Instructor for 6 years and remains a BASI Host Studio and educational center today. Jen is a certified Yoga Instructor, Wellness Coach and Massage Therapist. She is an avid student and regularly takes advanced workshops and trainings and currently is Studying the Gyrotonic Method.

Sandra is a Certified Pilates Instructor and Energy Medicine Practitioner with over 20 years of experience teaching Pilates. With her Pilates background rooted in the classical style Sandra uses her professional dance background and choreography skills to provide students with a solid understanding of the Pilates principals and creatively designs sessions that are crafted specifically for the individual students needs.

Cedra Hill

Cedra teaches primarily BASI Pilates to clients seeking core strength, balance in movement, and a comprehensive whole body workout. Teaching at White Mountain Pilates and drawing from the vast repertoire of therapeutic BASI exercises has provided Cedra with the diverse experience of teaching clients with varying goals of rehabilitative and restorative movement, athletic conditioning, and overall wellness maintenance.

Cedra initiated her own Pilates practice through a life changing back injury, and from within that experience offers an awareness of life’s physical challenges. A Pilates practice may very well serve a client progressing toward a pain free life. Cedra provides individualized sessions to all clients who need the core strength and stabilization to both protect and enhance their daily physical experience.

Jenn Carr
Jenn Carr

Jenn Carr is a certified BASI Pilates instructor and proud Mom to her daughter Alia. From an early age she was a competitive swimmer and waterpolo player. A dedicated athlete, she has spent many hours on road and mountain bikes, skis and surfs regularly, and has practiced yoga for 20+ years. After several years working as a professional mountain guide she became and is currently the co-owner of Shasta Mountain Guides. A back injury brought her to Pilates and having successfully managed the rehabilitation she now wishes to help others find relief from pain and enjoy a high quality of life. Her favorite Joseph Pilates quote is; “Physical fitness is the first requisite to happiness.”

Jennifer Arneson

Jennifer graduated from the Blue Sky School of Professional Massage & Therapeutic Bodywork in De Pere, Wisconsin. After 818 hours of training she received her Certificate of Completion in March 2008. She relocated to Mt. Shasta, CA where she has a private practice located at White Mountain Pilates Studio above the Black Bear Gallery in Mt. Shasta. Jennifer specializes in a variety of modalities such as: relaxing Swedish massage, Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, Hot Stone massage and Reflexology.

In addition to her private practice Jennifer works as an Independent Contractor at the Sacred Mountain Day Spa.

“I have a deep intuitive and compassionate nature which helps me to connect with others in assisting them in a nurturing way, making a difference in their bodies and lives. I am always discovering new modalities to enhance my offering such as being an emotion code practitioner and a certified yoga instructor.”
