Bringing Body Mind and Spirit into balance, Jen brings a multidisciplinary approach to the body, with an eye for detail and a compassionate teaching style. Jen’s extensive experience has offered her the ability to work with a broad range of clients, from elite athletes and fitness enthusiasts to specialties in senior fitness, joint replacement and injury rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and pre- and post-natal training. With a background in Classical and Modern Dance, Jen has been teaching Pilates for 18 years. Initially Studying with Physical Mind Institute, she continued her Studies with Body Arts and Science International. Jen worked as a Faculty member and BASI Course Instructor for 6 years and remains a BASI Host Studio and educational center today. Jen is a certified Yoga Instructor, Wellness Coach and Massage Therapist. She is an avid student and regularly takes advanced workshops and trainings and currently is Studying the Gyrotonic Method.
